Ø          Recruited to replace injured project manager(car accident), 3 days after Condo tower foundations were back-

       filled ready for framing. Two weeks later a club house was added. I completed project 32 days under the

        scheduled construction time allotment and $41,000.00 under budget.

Ø           After indentifying client contacts, 6/03-to-7/08. In my final year our team bid 13 homes, 1 medical/dental

         office bldg., a 22 unit industrial complex and central receiving warehouse. Of those, all but 2 homes were

        signed & built on time & budget producing the highest gross returns for company to that date.     

Ø          Construction Manager and Co-project Manager- Albertson’s Super Store at 5600 So.700 east in Murray. I

       discovered an engineering error in northwest corner of bldg.’s roof structure during construction, provided

        calc.s and specified corrections to complete project on time & $ 23,000.00 under budget.  

Ø          Hired to build the “Celebrity Guest & Musician’s Lounge” inside the Utah Symphony Hall. A project of the

        “Salt Lake City” and “Salt Lake County” governments. Completed 17 days under time & $ 21,000.00 under

        budget.
